I want you to love your pieces as much as I do, so if your purchase isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

CHANGE OF MIND

ITEMS IN STOCK

For all Australian orders on items that are in stock, I will gladly offer a credit note or exchange for pieces returned within 14 days of purchase. Pieces must be unworn, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds if you change your mind.

Credit notes are valid online or in person (if Emma Field is participating in a market for example). They are also valid for commissions.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Please choose carefully when deciding on items that are made to order. These items are custom made once you have placed your order and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these pieces unless there is a fault (see Damaged Goods section below).

“Made to Order” items will be clearly labeled in our online store.

Please note:

  • We are unable to offer refunds for commissioned items or gift vouchers.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange, contact me at hello@emmafield.net within seven (7) days of receiving your delivery.

You will need to return your item with its original packaging. You’ll also be responsible for any shipping and additional postage charges.

I highly recommend making sure that your item is wrapped securely, and that it is posted back with insurance and tracking. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable if your item is lost or damaged on its return journey to us.

DAMAGED GOODS

I care deeply about every piece that I make and want to make sure that it lasts a lifetime. Every item is carefully checked and packed securely for postage. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or is deemed faulty, I will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

If the piece has been delivered damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact me at hello@emmafield.net within 10 days of receiving your piece, with images and details of the damage and/or fault.

Working with you, I will assess the piece and organise a suitable course of action, including instructions for how to send the item/s back. Please don’t return items to us without first getting in touch.
